Warsan Village is located in on the corner of International City at the intersection of Manama Street and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, to which it has direct access. It is a gated community of contemporary three-bedroom townhouses benefitting from 24-hour security, something of a rarity in this part of Dubai.
The townhouses have a maid’s room with private bathroom, a small private back garden, two open terraces, a storage room and private parking for two cars. The bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, and the kitchens are fitted with premium appliances.
Amenities here include Warsan Clubhouse, equipped with a swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis court and restaurant, and Souk Warsan with a planned 1,170 shops and 30 restaurants and cafés.
Warsan Village is next door to International City Pavilion, with its shops, supermarket, cafés, restaurants and essential services, and within easy reach of Dragon City with its two famous Dragon Marts.
When we visited in September 2020 the neighbourhood appeared to be fully occupied but the souk had only been recently opened and not all the shops and restaurants had been let.

Warsan Village has many schools nearby including Kings' School Nad Al Sheba at 1.8 km and GEMS Modern Academy at 2.2 km.
In terms of performance there are four schools nearby that have achieved either of two highest government inspection rating of 'Very Good' or 'Outstanding' including GEMS Modern Academy which has a rating of 'Outstanding' and Repton School Dubai which also has a rating of 'Outstanding'.
