A look at the original masterplan published by the developer at the time of the launch of Venice at Damac Lagoons.

There are six different villa designs to choose from, four of which have three floors and a basement, while two have just two floors.

Type LV1000E

Type LV1000E is a six-bedroom, four-storey villa with a total sellable area of 24,752sq ft.

It has a basement with a swimming pool, steam room, sauna and gym, plus a cinema, games room and cigar lounge. There is also a maids’ room, a driver’s room and a car port for four vehicles.

The ground floor has both formal and casual dining and living spaces, a guest room and home office. Outside there is a 13m infinity pool, and outdoor and indoor seating areas plus a sunbathing area. In the front of the house there is a single parking space.

The first floor has four ensuite bedrooms, a nanny’s room, a family room, and two terraces.

The master bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor where there is also a roof garden and two terraces, one private and one ‘social’.

The masterplan includes 20 villas of this type.

Type LV75E

Type LV75E is a seven-bedroom, four-storey villa with a total sellable area of 17,590sq ft.

It has a basement with a steam room, sauna and gym, plus a cinema and sport lounge. There is also a driver’s room and a car park for six vehicles.
