The project was originally developed by Zabeel Investments and United Holdings in a joint venture and has since been acquired by Wasl Properties.

The project was launched in 2006 featuring two 60-storey towers, one for offices and the other for a five-star business hotel. The development was later resigned and converted to residential use.

In mid 2007 the height was reduced from 60 to 47 floors and groundworks started. The building began to rise out of the ground in 2008 but at the end of the year construction was put on hold. In 2014 the project was redesigned but construction work did not resume until 2016.

Leasing of the West Tower was launched in January 2022.

The project is Wasl Properties first in Business Bay.

As of 2022, rental prices for the west tower are between AED 60,000 for a one-bedroom apartment and AED 110,000 for a three-bedroom apartment with a maid’s room.
Transport & Access
From Tiara United Towers it takes roughly 10 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 17 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 15 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 20 minutes to The Walk JBR.*
Dubai International Airport (DXB) is roughly 18 minutes' drive and the new Al Maktoum International Airport is roughly 42 minutes' drive.*
