The Views
The Views is a collection of ten clusters of buildings set around a lake and situated between The Greens community and The Emirates Golf Club. Sheikh Zayed Road passes by to the north and First Al Khail Road to the south.
The buildings comprise both apartment towers - some high, some low - and villas. All clusters have lake views on one side and views over the golf course or The Greens on the other.
Like neighbouring Greens, The Views has immaculately kept parks and green spaces that add to the quality of life.

Beyond The Views, Dubai Media and Internet Cities, Dubai Marina, and the American University of Dubai are each only ten minutes drive away. And once you get onto the nearby Sheikh Zayed highway the Dubai Mall is a fifteen minute drive, the airport twenty five minutes, and Abu Dhabi about an hour.

The Views has many schools nearby including Regent International School at 0.5 km and American School of Dubai at 1.5 km.
In terms of performance there are eight schools nearby that have achieved either of two highest government inspection rating of 'Very Good' or 'Outstanding' including Dubai International Academy Emirates Hills which has a rating of 'Outstanding' and GEMS Dubai American Academy which also has a rating of 'Outstanding'.
