The Valley is a new desert-themed residential neighbourhood by Emaar Properties to be built on a site at the junction of the E66 Dubai-Al Ain and E77 Jebel Ali-Lehbab roads.
The housing will be located in a neighbourhood to be called 'Eden'. It will consist of three- and four-bedroom villas in three architectural styles, all with garden views and large windows and terraces.
‘May Bell’ will be ‘purist and minimal’; the ‘Iris’ collection will be ‘sleek and light’; and Spruce will be infused with ‘warm and earthy tones’.
There are six sub-communities in The Valley. Learn more in the following guides.
The development will have its own 32,000sq m Town Centre with indoor and outdoor shops, a farmers’ market, cafés and restaurants.
A variety of leisure facilities will include a 20,000sq m Sports Village with sports courts, a playground and outdoor gym, and bicycle and running tracks, and a 10,000sq m children’s playground, Kids’ Dale, with rock climbing, an amphitheatre, and an archaeological play area.
Just a five-minute walk from Eden, the 33,000sq m Pavilion will offer residents a zen and oasis garden, an observation tower and a maze, while the 30,000sq m Golden Beach will have a water splash, children’s play areas, and food and beverage outlets.

Propsearch.ae is a Dubai property portal that hosts ads from a number of local real estate agencies. In addition we offer a comprehensive set of community and building guides to help property buyers, renters and investors learn about the areas and buildings that they may wish to live or invest in.
Any enquiries sent regarding a specific property go directly to the estate agent that advertised the property and Propsearch does not play any role in any transactions that may result. Enquires that are sent directly to Propsearch are forwarded to a trusted partner agency that is best suited to handle the enquiry.
Please note that whilst we have a large database of buildings and developments, Propsearch is not a property developer, nor an agent, nor an architect, nor a construction contractor.
