The Residences at Marina Gate stand above a cluster of podium loft units. There are connected walkways for retail and recreational amenities, including swimming and spa areas located on the ground, mezzanine and podium levels.
The towers rise in the shadow of Cayan and Princess Towers on one of the last undeveloped sites in Dubai Marina. They range in height from 43 to 56 storeys and contain spacious, modern apartments and duplex penthouses. They are tied together by a seven-storey podium that houses waterfront villas and boutique retail units. Each building has its own tropical pool deck, gym and facilities.
Architecturally the development ‘grows’ from the ground. Aedas, the architects, designed a solid base of stepped retails and villas with concrete and textured paint finishes, while the apartment towers above have glass façades with a lightweight and transparent feel.
The towers have been designed to look clean and elegant in daytime, shaded with mesh fins that reflect the adjacent water and transform into a lit sculpture at night, creating an iconic architecture on the most prominent site in Dubai Marina.
The Residences at Marina Gate I has 53 storeys and was sold out within weeks of the launch.
With a built-up area of almost 1.14 million sq ft, the 399 residences range in size from studios to one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, and include four-bedroom penthouses and duplex podium villas.
Amenities include an infinity pool with temperature control, a children’s pool area, a dual level gymnasium overlooking the marina, championship level, illuminated squash and paddle tennis courts, eight high-speed elevators with a dedicated service elevator, direct access loading dock for hassle-free moving in, dedicated security with integrated CCTV coverage, 24-hour concierge services, secure resident parking, ample visitor parking and a wide array of shops nearby.
The Residences at Marina Gate II was launched in October 2014 and construction of the 65-storey tower started in January 2016. Handover was said to be in the first quarter of 2019.
The apartments are available in one-, two- and three-bedroom sizes.

Towers I and II contain a total of 881 residential apartments, 19 penthouses and 18 duplex Marina Villas in addition to 100,000 square feet of retail space.
In January 2016 the Jumeirah Group signed an agreement to manage the 508 properties in The Residences at Marina Gate III which was then renamed Jumeirah Living Marina Gate.
The 57-storey building includes 104 serviced apartments, 389 branded residences, including an executive penthouse, and 15 villas.
Facilities include a temperature controlled infinity pool, a dual-level gymnasium, a residents’ lounge and business centre.
The property is managed by the Jumeirah Group which brings its luxury hospitality experience to this tower in the Marina Gate development under its Jumeirah Living brand.
Construction of Jumeirah Living Marina Gate began in July 2017 and the building opened in September 2020.
