The Hills
The Hills Dubai is a development by Emaar, part of the Emirates Living communities that include The Greens, The Springs, The Meadows and The Lakes. It has a focus on green lifestyles with several energy and water efficiency initiatives included.
The scheme contains four low-rise towers, two residential and two hotels, overlooking the Emirates Golf Club and accessed via Sheikh Zayed Road.
The project was launched in 2013 and was completed in 2019.
The 15-storey and 12-storey Vida Residence towers contain one-, two- and three-bed apartments.
One of the hotels is the Vida Emirates Hills and the other, Vida Residence The Hills offers serviced apartments.
The development is targeted towards young couples and small families. There are 426 apartments between the two residential buildings.
Transport & Access
From The Hills it takes roughly 15 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 7 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 12 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 10 minutes to The Walk JBR.*
Dubai International Airport (DXB) is roughly 37 minutes' drive and the new Al Maktoum International Airport is roughly 31 minutes' drive.*

Residents have access to a number of swimming pools, including an adult’s pool, a separate lap pool for exercise, a Jacuzzi, a kid’s pool and play area, sun beds and enclosed cabanas.
Residents also benefit from living in apartments that overlook the greens of the world-famous Emirates Golf Club. Spanning some 13,375 square metres, the Club has two 18-hole championship courses and is popular among some of the finest professional golfers.
Dubai Hills is just minutes away from shopping malls and other popular Dubai destinations like Dubai Marina, Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City.
