The development includes four 15-storey A-grade office buildings and four 26-storey residential buildings, together with retail and leisure facilities set in 20,000 square metres of shaded, landscaped grounds.
The grounds include gardens, greenery, fountains, walkways and shaded seating areas. At its heart is a 300 seat amphitheatre overlooked by a 105 square metre digital screen, providing a venue for cultural events and social gatherings. The plaza is also home to a number of cafes and restaurants.
The four office buildings are joined together with an interconnected glass and metal façade that spans approximately 300 metres creating the effect one horizontal tower.
Each building has two levels of underground car, as well as a second floor devoted to showroom-style VIP parking facilities.
The Galleries is accessible from exit 20 on Sheikh Zayed Road and is less than an hour’s drive from Abu Dhabi. It is also a mere five-minute walk from UAE Exchange (Jebel Ali) Station on the Dubai Metro.
From The Galleries at Jebel Ali it takes roughly 23 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 15 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 20 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 16 minutes to The Walk JBR.*
