Teema
Teema is the first of many residential components of the Asmaran development in Bawadi. Teema will consist of 308 townhouses as well as a retail facility and community centre.
Teema homes will comprise of duplexes and two- and three- bedroom villas with a Spaninsh architectural style. The homes will have a built-up area of around 1,780 to 2,800 square feet adn will be surrounded by green landscape and walkways, in close access to several community amenities.
