The Residences at Jumeirah Lakes Towers is a mixed-use hotel and residential skyscraper in JLT developed by CG Hospitality Holdings in collaboration with Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces.
The interiors have been designed by Hirsh Bedner Associates.
The Residences comprise 80 apartments on the 25 floors above the 18-storey Taj hotel.
Each apartment features a panoramic glass pod extending outwards from the building, a sky terrace or a balcony designed to ‘amplify the stunning city views’.
The Signature Residences located on floors 37 to 42 comprise three full-floor penthouses, alternating with three floors each containing five-bedroom apartments.
The Autograph Residences on levels 31 to 42 comprise three-, four- and five-bedroom apartments; 21 residences in all.
The 53 Monogram Residences are located between floors 20 and 30, comprising two- and three-bedroom apartments; five on each floor.
Amenities on the 18th floor include an infinity pool deck, gym, sauna, yoga and Pilates, meditation room, massage room, and a party room that can accommodate 100 people.
The 5-Star Taj hotel occupies the first 18 floors of the building with 200 guest rooms and suites, plus recreational facilities and restaurants.
The hotel has a pool deck and several restaurants on the 44th floor.
Residents can use the hotel amenities, such food delivery or dry cleaning and house keeping.
The parking bays are 3.5m wide; five bays for the large apartments, two or three for the three-bedroom apartments, and one for the two-bedroom apartments have one. All have the option to buy extra parking spaces.
From Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers it takes roughly 18 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 10 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 16 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 14 minutes to The Walk JBR.*
