A twin tower hotel and residential development by Tanmiyat Global in DubaiLand’s Living Legends.
The 34-storey towers will sit on an eight-storey podium that will house the Legends Mall and car parking floors.
The towers will contain 750 residential and hotel apartments and be connected to the Legends Mall with its 158 stores.
The studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments will have floor-to-ceiling windows, providing views overlooking the Dubai skyline and the nine-hole Legends Golf Course.
The project was launched in 2015 and the developer plans to complete the complex in 2018.
Tanmiyat is the developer behind Living Legends which was first planned in 2007 as a 15-million-square-foot (1.4-million-square-meter) project, part of the 278-square-kilometre DubaiLand mega-development.
Living Legends was intended to have a total built-up area of six million square feet (558,000 square metres), including 500 villas, 12 apartment towers, three office buildings, a mall, three schools, two mosques and a hotel overlooking a golf course. But the company shelved the projects after the global financial crisis hit.
