Six Senses currently operates four other resorts internationally, in Turkey, London, Seychelles and Oman. The hotel will be the first Six Senses hotel in the UAE.

The hotel will have its own beach along with 60,000 square feet of facilities and amenities.

The branded Six Senses Residences will comprise 121 penthouses, 32 sky villas, nine signature beachfront villas and a 60-key hotel.

Sales are due to commence in Q1 2022.

The Signature Villas are inspired by "Dubai’s ascension from the ocean floor." The Penthouses are inspired by "the UAE’s undulating desert dunes to the coral that lies beneath the sea." The Royal Penthouses are inspired by "Dubai’s appetite for adventure and desire to continuously reach new heights." The Sky Villas are said to "soar in unimpeded fashion towards space, providing a home set amongst the stars, twinkling majestically in the realms of the infinite."

The resort will be centred around a 60,000 square foot wellness and lifestyle facility, Six Senses Place, providing residential owners and guests with an array of wellness and lifestyle facilities including a massage circuit pool, squash court, wellness circuit, Six Senses Spa and shared working spaces and meeting rooms.

Owner benefits will include: 10% savings on hotel, spa and food and beverage; complimentary spa and gym membership with 10% savings on spa treatments; organic garden produce available to purchase; Six Senses bottled water in residences; buggy drop off and luggage delivery and concierge and business centre essentials.

"A la carte" services will include: residential laundry for bedding and towels, concierge and business centre services, transfer/transportation services, butler services, private lawn and in-residence plant care, grocery services, nanny/babysitting services, nurse consultation, personal trainer, tennis courts, watersports activities and IT services.

Hotel facilities will include restaurants, bars, a kid's club, gym, squash court, relaxation lounges, wine cellar, pools, a tennis court, a paddle tennis court, a running track and a cigar room.
