Rukan Community
Rukan Community is a Dh1.1 billion residential development located in DubaiLand comprising apartments, townhouses and semi-detached villas.
The project is being built by Egyptian developer Continental Investments and will contain 900 units. Prices for off-plan purchases range between Dh400,000 to Dh1m depending on the unit size and layout.
The first phase of 450 units is scheduled for handover in Q3 2019.
