The living areas are being created by renowned interior designer, Gauri Khan, using ‘neutral colour pallets and modern, clean aesthetics which give a sense of space and serenity to the residences.’

Royal Estates History
The project is a joint venture between Aristocrat Star Investments LLC, Texture Holdings, Pacific Ventures and PAL. The development was originally launched in October 2008 but ran into financial difficulties as a result of the global financial crisis and was put on hold for six years.
In 2014 the Royal Estates project was revived along with an official endorsement from the King of Bollywood himself - Shah Rukh Khan.
