Limestone house the reality
The maintenance and management company
For the last five years the building has gone through many owners and management. Things have been going down a lot. Other than its location I wouldn't recommend anyone live here. 1)Windows don't open so very bad air circulation and humidity that causes the wooden floor to swell and more… pop up in addition to having mould and fungus on the walls. We all have been suffering allergies even though we got a few companies to clean up the mould and ac. 2)The flooring is installed incorrectly in a lot of the apartments so if you are unlucky and end up with one of them you will have very squeaky floors. 3)kitchen cabinets look amazing when you first see the apartment but as soon as you move in you realize that the quality isn't great and that it's very narrow. Not to mention that regardless if you have a studio or 3 bedroom apartment the fridge and the stove is same size. Not so great when staying in a 3 bedroom apartment. 4)smell of sewage comes from toilet if not flushed on daily basis 5)with latest arrival of maintenance company rubbish wasn't removed promptly which resulted in the building having issues with cockroaches and rodents . 6)security personal of building are rude and have seen them harass tenants on many occasions 7)sewage overflow causing stench in garage in certain times 8) there seem to be issue with electricity that causes plugs to pop and no one can seem to figure it out in the whole building . 9) the AC are very hot in the summer due to the new management that decided to lower the temperature . So not only has the public areas get pretty warm but even at full strength your AC won't be cooling much in the summer.Show less

Overall great flat, could be lighter
Very nice building and apartment, good location close to everything
Only a small window in kitchen, lights have to be always on in the dining room
