Platinum One is a nine-storey serviced apartment building in Arjan developed by ACW Holdings.
The building contains 284 serviced studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments, all supported by hotel-style amenities.
There are two levels of basement car parking, and on the ground floor there are 18 retail outlets including a Lifco supermarket, Francesco's Pizza Cafe and a Red 6 coffee shop.
The executive studios range in size from 480sq ft to 650sq ft, the executive one-bedroom apartments from 650sq ft to 1,000sq ft, and the deluxe two-bedroom apartments from 1,000sq ft to 1,400sq ft.
As a managed apartment building, Platinum One is maintained by the Oryx Hospitality Group, a professional asset management firm that oversees the buildings common areas, leasing, maintenance and security.
Facilities include retail services, furnished apartment including white goods, internet connection, utilities (electricity and water), flat-screen TV with satellite television, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, fitness centre, weekly cleaning, maintained common areas, reserved covered parking, outdoor courtyard, and 24-hour building security.
The development was launched in February 2008 and was expected to be handed over in July 2010. Construction began in 2009 but owing to the financial crisis completion was delayed until 2013.
