Good location, bad finishing
Location 2 min walk to metro, connected to DIFC
Finishing, water pressure and gym
‘+’ Apartments are spacious, bedroom is big enough to work out with skipping rope near to bed, if you would want to. Cost is less then other DIFC buildings. Decent swimming pool, barbeque area. Nice small shops inside the building with nice friendly people and all you might suddenly need more… at home. Finally they connected building to DIFC gallery, now you have a bunch of fancy shops and cafes/restaurants reachable without even leaving the conditioned indoors. Overall nice place. ‘-‘ finishing is bad. Pool corridor always smelly. Gym is small (still accommodates everyone and there is ping-pong table and tennis court outside, so it compensates). Water pressure is bad during winter when you need to use heaters (manageable). Heaters themselves leak often and be ready to repair them time to time together with your furniture. Big headache by building management regarding moving things in/out, inviting servicemen (they sometimes put in place sudden new regulations that give you a headache).Show less

I like living here a lot
Location, pool area, apartment size
Gym, neighbours
I think the quality of a review given always depends on the kind of living conditions you're used to before moving into a building. I moved to Damac Park Towers from a luxury serviced apartment in Qatar, and I still thought it was a pretty great building. The location is more… amazing, of course, the pool area is beautiful, I can see that they make an effort with maintenance (though they do seem to be averse to the idea of cleaning the windows sufficient times a year), the security is helpful (especially when it comes to noisy neighbours), the metro is relatively close (a construction site has recently blocked the straight path to the nearest station, though, so you would need to go round quite a bit to get to it now), Dubai mall is a 12-dirham cab ride away, or you could just walk, tons of restaurants at a 10 to 15 minutes walk. The thing I like the most is that my apartment is really large for a one-bedroom in this area. Some people don't like the shape of the apartments, but the one I got had one slanted wall at the end of the apartment, which I managed to get creative with and it's not a problem for me. It's also a very sunny apartment, which I love, and I also like the half-indoor/half-outdoor feel of the balcony. Oh, and it's pretty cheap, seeing as it's in DIFC and the area is generally quite expensive. Cons: the gym is downright awful. It's small and cramped and not very well-equipped. Most of the neighbours aren't very friendly. They aren't awful, but they aren't nice either. The apartment fixtures are of awful quality, but our landlord got them fixed for us whenever something went wrong, so it wasn't an issue for me. Some neighbours love letting their children loose in the corridors and they tend to create a lot of noise, though I'm sure it doesn't happen on every floor. All in all, I'd say it's a nice building and even though it's not the absolute best in the area, it's cheaper than those buildings, and hence, great value for money. Show less

Park towers review
Accessing own reserved parking, requires using access card twice, once at road entrance and again on ramp to basement, then same card is required to access lift lobby. So over secure, excessive and unnecessary. Access card is also required to enter residential tower lobby.
Some security guards are totally ineffective, do not enforce community regulations, like smoking around the pool, even when you request they do so, but run away and hide. Receptionists in main lobby and residential lobbies are unable to answer even the most simple question, appear to have no training more… or common sense, constantly have to phone their supervisor, who is no more informed or efficient. Facilities Management staff are ineffectual, arrogant, totally unwilling to manage. General/community cleaning services are a sub-contract company and are very good.Show less

Good option in DIFC
Price for the location
We simply moved to Park Towers as it was the cheapest building in DIFC. It's easy to see the reason, as the finishing isn't that luxurious as in the other towers in the area. However we still found it OK, and didn't want to compromise on the location as we more… both work in DIFC. There is a small shop downstairs and some salons, but if you need anything more Dubai Mall is literally 2 minutes drive away. The pool area is also a big plus, as it feels like you are in a hotel. Location, large rooms and balcony. Grand lobby and beautiful swimming pool.
Approach road to Financial Center
Park Towers is fantastically located in the heart of the city still without much noise and traffic congestion. Very spacious rooms with fantastic view. Nicely maintained 5 Star Swimming Pool. Posh and Grand Lobby. One of the best places to live in Dubai.

Damac Park Towers
Excellent facilities! The swimming pool is to 5* hotel standards!
A well maintained building in the heart of DIFC. Easy access to SZR & Al Khail Road and within walking distance of Dubai Mall & Downtown Dubai. The Metro station is a 5 minute walk. The building has excellent facilities including a gym, sauna, steam room, and tennis courts. There are more… well maintained gardens surrounding the pool along with several bbqs for shared use. Parties and group bookings are welcomed! There are also beauty salons, hairdressers, cafes and grocery stores within the buildings in addition to new shops that are due to open in the new shopping plaza. The building is very secure and has an entry card system. Video entry is also soon to be installed. Private, secured underground parking is provided. The Apartments themselves are very spacious and well finished and the public areas were designed by Versace!Show less

Luxury but with Drawbacks
Swimming Pool
The summer heat caused by the glass facade and accompanying AC bills!
Plus Points: Very, very Luxurious Lobby and Swimming Pool with BBQ area. Separate Sauna, Steam Room and changing rooms for men/women Guest Meeting Rooms with TVs and Childrens Play Room with Playstation 3s. Rooftop Semi-Private Tennis Court (only one but amazing) Spacious apartment with maids room (for 3-bed) Amazing Views of Sheikh Zayed Road and across more… to Al Khail Road (30th floor apartment) Drawbacks: One Parking space allocated for 3-bed apartment (2 spaces should be provided but ground floor parking is being used for public paid car park - not a good impression of the building management) Very Odd shaped windows - curved and at an angle (nightmare to get curtains that fit) Glass facade is like a glass house in the summer!!!!! - serious, serious drawback AC not able to deal with the heat generated by the glass facade - serious, serious drawback Gym is a bit small for the size of the building (not a big drawback for me) View of Burj Khalifa is blocked by Index Tower (1st World problems eh! :) ) Building serviced by Empower, bills for chiller are very very high All in all its a very nice looking building and feels like luxury. However, the AC/Glass facade heat problem is not worth it for comfort and for AC bills!! I nearly melted during the summer! If you choose an apartmant facing away from the sun you might survive! :D Show less

Good building but finishing is bad
Convenience, Pool area
Bad finishing, not pet friendly
The building is good overall, it's nicely located if you work in DIFC. It has a very nice pool area with BBQ pits for rental. The finishing of the building is bad though, they left one elevator as a service elevator, so it's covered in blue cloths, also the handles in the more… other elevators fell off at some point, but were fixed. In the apartment, AC is very weak, and the water faucet fell off by merely bumping into it once as I was taking a shower.Show less

Park Towers - DIFC
Proximity to DIFC, nice barbeque area
Its a long walk inside the building to reach your tower
Main advantages of the building are: 1. cheaper than the surrounding buildings like Index, Liberty House and the new Daman towers 2. close to DIFC so if you work there you can walk easily and save the approx AED 1000 per month of DIFC parking fees. Lots of people working in DIFC more… come and park close to Park Towers. Building is slightly flashy but construction quality is not that great (was in Liberty House earlier). Have also heard of plumbing issues but didn't face any ourselves. Show less

Damac Park Towers - DIFC
Views, Modern Furnishings, Location, Swimming Pool
Gym, Only 1 Parking space provided
We moved into Park Towers in March 2014. Upon viewing the property we were immediately taken aback by the fantastic views from both bedrooms and the lounge. The open plan kitchen is beautifully designed with fully functional, modern kitchen fittings and has space for both a dishwasher and a mashing more… machine. The apartment is extremely spacious and both bedrooms have modern en-suite bathrooms with his and hers sinks. The air conditioning wasn't great when we first moved in, however after a service we did see an increase in efficiency. We tend to leave this on at around 20 degrees throughout the day / night however sometimes during the summer days it struggles to get so low. The pool is fantastic, usually plenty of loungers - however it loses sun at around 2pm as it moves behind Tower A. The gym is terrible for such a modern building and only has a couple of treadmills / bikes and also has a creche joined on so you will often find kids running around while you a trying to work out. Overall the apartment is in a great location, rent is reasonably priced and the quality of furnishings / views are fantastic. We will most likely be renewing our contract next year! Show less

Love our new place
Amenities
Small gymnasium
We just move here last February 2014 and we are loving it below are the reviews and comments I can share: THE LOCATION: We are 10 minutes away by feet and 5 minutes by car from the financial metro station which is great but you have to walk on a sandy more… part at the back of the tower in order to get there the quickest but THE BUILDING: At the ground floor there are not salons for ladies and gents as well as a small grocery. They also have a designated reception areas for the commercial and residential part of the building. The interior is amazing and a bit posh also especially on the residential reception area. They also put a nice computerize laundry box which is quite fascinating and cool. The facility management is good in maintaining the cleanliness of all the areas. THE FLAT: The first thing that we like about Park towers is the size of the flat. It is pretty decent for a 1BR hall around 850-900 Sq. ft. including the balcony which is I also like because it is not opened all the way. It is an opened kitchen which is I don’t like. THE AMENITIES: The have a really nice pretty big outdoor pool and garden where in you can go barbecue with your family and friends but for reservation and some other terms to consider. They have an outdoor tennis court which is amazing. The gym is common but a bit small. They also have steam and sauna separate for men and women. You can also get you kids play in a small play room near the gym area. They also have a medium size lounge area just in case you wanted to book it for a small gathering or party you can do so as per terms and condition of the building. Show less

Great architecture and facilities
The Swimming pool and BBQ area
Only paid parking for studios and guests, access to metro limited
I chose this building because I wanted to be close to the world trade center and have the option to use the metro. The metro is about 500 meters away however it is a bit burdensome to get there, one needs to cross through a construction site, however this is more… ok. If you use a taxi there are always many available outside the front door. If you have a car, parking is not included for studios eventhough the building has many unoccupied parking bays, paid parking is available outside. The facilities in the building are of high quality for Dubai standards, the finishes also give a quality appearance. The best features are the massive swimming pool which is heated in winter. Also if you have a small apartment you will still be able to host guests at the BBQ area which has ample BBQ pits and seating possibilities. The gym is quite small but has all the basics, there is also a tennis court which is great. The apartments come with built in warddrobes and kitchen units, the bathrooms have proper showers unlike most other buildings in dubai. The kitchen and bathroom counters are of granite. The cooker is gas which is unusual for this type of building, but better for cooking. Almost all apartments have balconies eventhough it doesn't appear so at first glance. Some tips, the actual floors are not representative of the actual height. Floor 1 is actually the 12th floor, so an apartment on the 10th floor is actually the 22nd. Also apartments on the higher floors have a significant curvature of the outside glass, which reduces the room size. Internet and phone services are available from both DU and Etisalat up to 500mbps. The security and concierge is very friendly and helpful.Show less
