Walls and tiles will be cream-coloured and kitchens will be fitted with stone counter tops and modern features and fittings.
The tower will sit on a 2 storey podium with retail outlets and restaurants and a landscaped area for public use.
There will be a rooftop pool and health club, located over the retail podium, connected by an overhead link-bridge and opening to unobstructed views of Burj Khalifa and Burj Lake.
The Opera Grand has been designed by DPA Architects in collaboration with Whitby Mohajer engineering consultants. The design is a modification of a previous incarnation on the same plot and was able to make use of the existing foundation piles.
Opera Grand is a proposed 66-storey tower in the Opera District part of Downtown Dubai. The tower is being deveoped by Emaar Properties, currently Dubai’s largest property developer.
The tower will consist of over 200 two, three and four-bedroom apartments all of which will feature large balconies and the majority of which will overlook the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountains.
Each of the 60 residential floors will have between 3 and 5 apartments and promise high levels of privacy.
The tower has four basement parking levels which are connected to Emaar's new underground tunnel access system.
