Nad Al Hammar Gardens
Nad Al Hammar Gardens is a new mixed-use development planned for Nad Al Hammar opposite Mohammed bin Zayed Road. The project is being developed by Wasl, a subsidiary of Dubai Real Estate Corporation (DREC).
The development will cover an area of roughly six million square feet and comprises a mix of residential and commercial buildings with an emphasis on green spaces and open areas.
The masterplan includes 69 residential buildings (13 seven-storey, 36 nine-storey, 19 eleven-storey and 1 thirteen-storey), 32 mixed-use buildings (2 seven-storey, 15 eleven-storey, 9 thirteen-storey and 6 sixteen-storey), 12 showrooms and 2 schools.
There will also be two mosques and retail areas within the development.
Investors will be able to purchase the freeholds of the 115 available plots.
The development was launched in June 2015 and most of the infrastructure has been completed. Construction is underway on the mixed-use buildings facing Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.
Transport & Access
From Nad Al Hammar Gardens it takes roughly 17 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 29 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 27 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 32 minutes to The Walk JBR.*
Dubai International Airport (DXB) is roughly 12 minutes' drive and the new Al Maktoum International Airport is roughly 47 minutes' drive.*
