Expensive and poor quality
Convenience, View
Space, price, maintenance, management
Lived here for a year. Poor to say the least. The building's management changes yearly, and along with change the maintenance, security etc. This means that NOT ONLY will there be the fire drills conducted every saturday afternoon for 3 months, there will also be poor maintenance! All this for more… an apartment that will not cost you lower than 85k with the exorbitant chiller charges! My experience summed up: 1. 3 seperate occasions where the elevators were not working and there was no water in the morning - aka only shower possible was a 'Masafi'/drinking water shower. 2. Fire drills conducted every Saturday for around 2-3 months. 3. Incredibly expensive maintenance. 4. A studio where the lights kept malfunctioning, the A/C was in poor condition, and one of the walls has some weird water damage through no fault of my own. 5. While I usually have no problems with an apartments' size, and knew what I was getting in to, the place gets quite cramped especially due to the small kitchen. 6. Al Maya right below is convenient, but very expensive. 7. Poor security - long 4 month period where the door to get into the residential lifts was left wide open. At least there's a security guard on the far side of the reception - not that he cares though, doesn't check anyone who is going in. 8. Terrible gym - although that seems to be the norm for DIFC apartment buildings, its really quite poor unless you just want to do Cardio. Overall would not recommend.Show less

Great place to live
Location and quality
I loved to live at that place! The location is perfect...everything is available within walking distance. The Metro station is right front of the building, taxis are running all around. It has great noise isolation between the apartments. You just can not hear your neighbor. The building has a Supermarket more… and Subway sandwich at the lobby. Parking lots are always available. The pool is nice enough and the gym is useful. Show less

Bad quality and for young people only
Location
Quality
The location is very convenience with a few step to Metro and in the central of Dubai. It has also a grocery in the building which is open 24/7. However the quality of the building and furniture is very poor. I had so many times water leaking from the ceiling, problem more… with A/C, all furniture broken after years and on and on..... The wall is also very thin and you can listen neighbors party every weekend, because mostly young people living there. So if you're in the 20's is a place to live but not with family or if you are looking for a quality life. Show less

Liberty House Loft
Location
Nothing
Located opposite the Financial Towers Metro Station, and various restaurants nearby as well as hotels, Liberty House is quite a convenient location. There is a supermarket just down below, and they can deliver to your door step. I love the fact that the pool is enclosed with a small garden more… nearby, and it's not open out in the sun. There's another pool on the rooftop if you want that option too. There is a jogging area as well next to the pool area.Show less

Quality building at perfect location
Location and quality of the building
Brilliant location, as it is DIFC but you can walk across a street to Sheikh Zayed road in 2 minutes. The building meets high standards and so does the apartment. The Sheikh Zayed road view is simply breathtaking. Only small problem is the limited public parking spaces for guests.
