Residents also benefit from a Viva Supermarket, a heath clinic, an international school and access to the park.
The project was sold under the name Artesia but was renamed to Kiara at Damac Hills prior to handover.
The development is home to short-term rental apartments under the branding Trios Hotel Apartments.
