The Keturah Resort by MAG is located on Dubai Creek, facing Dubai’s wildlife sanctuary in Ras Al Khor. It provides convenient access to Dubai Downtown, Dubai International Financial Centre, and Dubai International Airport.
Keturah is an Arabic word that refers to a fragrance traditionally diffused throughout the home to welcome guests. This new concept combines luxury, well-being, real estate, and hospitality, providing residents and visitors with a unique, healthier environment and uplifting inspired living.
Keturah Resort comprises 12 mansions based on elements of nature, with three distinct styles that optimise the overall well-being experience: Earth, Water, and Sky. It also includes eight residential buildings, a Ritz-Carlton hotel with beach access and a private members-only club, a women’s club, a kid’s club, an immersive and holistic wellness centre, Michelin-star restaurants, and a retail promenade.
The luxurious development will be the first in the MENA region to pursue the WELL Health-Safety certification for its buildings as part of MAG’s registered ‘WELL Community’. Residents will also have access to a luxury wellness hotel, eight sustainable and organic-focused retail spaces, including weekend farmers’ markets, 24/7 secure private parking with valet, and a gated community with unique views of the wildlife sanctuary.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside comprises 12 mansions themed Earth, Water and Sky. The mansions’ exterior designs and interiors echo cues of the elements, creating distinct experiences for the residents. The spaces create seamless journeys through covered terraces framed by structures that encourage outdoor living, glass-framed courtyards, and adjustable architectural screens.
The Earth mansions’ minimalist architecture represents a space hidden from the street and overlooking the astonishing water view. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass also allows for expansive views, seamlessly merging the patio and living rooms to transform them into one wide reception area when open.
Noting the sun’s seasonal changes, the Water mansions’ architecture has been adjusted to allow natural light in without overheating indoor spaces. Accounting for higher wind beside the creek, the shape of the mansion provides airflow to cool the building façades and outdoor spaces.
The exterior and interior designs of the Sky mansions, on the other hand, reflect the natural elements of the sky. The mansions’ interiors have enormous, elegant, and light-filled areas complemented by unique, custom-made designer furnishings.
The residences are distinguished by their high aesthetic value and use only hand-selected premium materials from artisans worldwide to offer a long-lasting and exquisite experience. The use of glass-framed courtyards, changeable architectural screens, and covered terraces also allow for continuous journeys for the residents to engage with the interiors and gardens.
MAG of Life Creek Resort is the first project to be carried out by a partnership between MAG Property Development (MAG PD), the real estate development arm of MAG Group, and pioneering wellness real estate and technology firm Delos™.
In December 2016 the partnership announced its plan to introduce wellness-inspired homes to the UAE over the next five years.
MAG of Life Creek Resort will be the residential component at the world’s largest wellness concept in Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) Phase 2.
The wellness-inspired residences will be designed and engineered to enhance both physical and emotional well-being, ‘through proprietary and patented evidence-based wellness integrations that utilise cutting edge health technologies, processes and materials’.
Technologies and other elements to be offered in the new homes include advanced air and water filtration systems and innovative lighting technologies, designed to help improve the mood, sleep patterns, and overall health of residents.
MAG PD’s new strategy responds to the increased consumer focus on health and wellness, and the fact that people spend up to 90% of their time indoors.
The company recently launched its new division, MAG of Life™ in response to market demand, which focuses on the quality of air, light, and ergonomics in the built environment. MAG PD has identified these elements as essential for improving quality of life, and effective delivery of them as the future of residential property.
The residential resort is to be built in two phases. Phase 1 will feature 17 villas, around 60 high-end apartments, 150 smaller one- and two-bedroom apartments, and a hotel with around 100 rooms. Phase 2 will include what will be the biggest wellness centre in the world.
The entire project is expected to be completed by the end of 2019.
From Keturah Resort by MAG it takes roughly 18 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 30 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 28 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 33 minutes to The Walk JBR.*

Propsearch.ae is a Dubai property portal that hosts ads from a number of local real estate agencies. In addition we offer a comprehensive set of community and building guides to help property buyers, renters and investors learn about the areas and buildings that they may wish to live or invest in.
Any enquiries sent regarding a specific property go directly to the estate agent that advertised the property and Propsearch does not play any role in any transactions that may result. Enquires that are sent directly to Propsearch are forwarded to a trusted partner agency that is best suited to handle the enquiry.
Please note that whilst we have a large database of buildings and developments, Propsearch is not a property developer, nor an agent, nor an architect, nor a construction contractor.
