The high-rise tower is in the middle of K Cluster and facing the lake. It is being built on the last available plot for a residential tower in JLT.

The building’s design seeks to maximise open views and integrate useable and generous exterior balconies.

The staggered mass of the tall structure helps to break down its overall height. This in turn, says the architect, allows the building to have a more human scale and rich texture.

The cost of construction plus the land is said to be Dh600 million.
