Emirates Towers Business Park Overview
Emirates Towers Business Park is a planned development by Dubai Holding and DIFC located between Sheikh Zayed Road and Happiness Street, close to Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
The scheme has been masterplanned by Dubai Holding and will become an integrated business district in the heart of Dubai’s financial district. It will provide a legislative environment with international standards of governance and transparency under the regulations of the DIFC Authority.
The project will be developed and managed by TECOM Group.
The development will provide much needed Grade A office space through high- and low-rise office towers catering to a range of requirements, and thereby satisfy the increasing demand from international corporations looking to set up bases in Dubai.
The masterplan includes three five-star hotels, one of which will be managed by the Jumeirah Group, while the other two will be managed by leading international hospitality groups.
The development will also offer retail space with a range of international brands, as well as restaurants and cafés, and a dedicated arena for events. The place will be interspersed with public parks and green spaces, and will include two covered pedestrian bridges connecting to the DIFC.
A three-level basement will ensure ease of access across the development. One level will be dedicated to traffic management, and the other two will provide 13,000 new parking spaces.
Emirates Towers Business Park will host the Museum of the Future, which offers laboratories for innovation in different sectors, including health, education, smart cities, energy, and transportation.
The AED5 billion project was launched in July 2017 and construction is due to commence by the end of 2017, with completion expected within four years.
