The interior space is flexible so that the building can be used as a theatre, a concert hall, or a 'flat floor' venue for banquets and events.
-
In theatre mode the space is suitable for opera, musicals, ballet and dance performances, large scale drama productions, lectures and conferences. It seats between 1,940 and 2,040 depending on the configuration.

-
In 'flat floor' mode, the room can cater for a number of events including weddings, with banquet style seating able to accommodate up to 1,000 guests. It can also be configured for trade shows, exhibitions, receptions and parties where furniture can be supplied or removed accordingly.
