The well-equipped Club provides 24-hour security, valet parking, weekly boat cleaning for members and monthly safety education seminars for boat owners.

The general public can also benefit from facilities such as a marine retail shopping arcade, restaurants, a provisions store, a nautical gift store and a yachting fashion boutique. A boat repair facility has been designed to offer essential services to boat owners.

The Club has two licensed restaurants which are open to all; Aquara restaurant and 25°55° Café Bistro, named after Dubai’s nautical coordinates.

Aquara Lounge is a popular night club and well known for its Ladies Nights, while YOTS Sports Lounge is the ideal spot to catch up on all the latest sporting screened on multiple TV screens.

Built facing its own 116-berth private Marina, the ground floor opens out through a waterfront café onto Marina Walk, a public boulevard which encircles the canal.

In March 2017 Emaar Hospitality announced that Vida Residences Dubai Marina will be built in place of the Yacht Club which will soon be demolished to make way. A brand new Dubai Marina Yacht Club will open in 2020 on the ground level in its place.

As of summer 2017 the Dubai Marina Yacht Club has been completely demolished in preparation for the construction of Vida Residences Dubai Marina.
