Dubai Hills Business Park is a fast-track shell and core business park development.
The office buildings are seven-storey plus ground level, with six floors of parking provided in a fifth building. The total built area of the project is 150,000sq m.
du’s new headquarters in Dubai, housed in a seven-storey standalone building in Dubai Hills Business Park, was completed in September 2022.
It includes 140,000sq ft of high-end office and recreational space for the company’s 1,000 employees.
The project was designed by the Blauhaus Group and completed in 20 weeks by ISG.
ISG’s scope included engineering services, procurement of materials, complete fit-out, and interior solutions.
At the height of the project, 721 workers were on site with a total of 550,000-man hours completed without incidents.
From Dubai Hills Business Park it takes roughly 20 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 18 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 16 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 22 minutes to The Walk JBR.*
Dubai International Airport (DXB) is roughly 26 minutes' drive and the new Al Maktoum International Airport is roughly 38 minutes' drive.*
