This is a 42 million square foot development with a championship golf course, private parkland, and a multi- purpose arena.

Damac Hills (formerly known as Akoya) is a new luxury residential community in DubaiLand developed by Damac Properties. When it was being built it was marketed as "The Beverly Hills of Dubai".
The residences are set around an 18-hole PGA championship golf course developed in collaboration with Donald Trump. The golf course opened in February 2017 and almost all the housing was finished by June 2020, although some communities were still under construction. Full completion was supposed to be in 2018.
Damac Hills is a gated community with opulent villas and apartments dotted around the golf course and 400,000 square metres of parkland.
From Damac Hills it takes roughly 25 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 22 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 21 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 26 minutes to The Walk JBR.*

Trump International Golf Club is the first of its kind in the Middle East and serves golfers with an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Gil Hanse. The course includes a large clubhouse with high-end restaurants, spa, wellness centre and a pro shop.
At some stage Damac Hills will feature The Drive, a 2.5km retail walk inspired by Rodeo Drive in Los Angeles. It will be larger in size to The Walk in Jumeirah Beach Residence and will be home to premium retail, restaurants and cafés, putting greens, childrens’ entertainment, outdoor cinema and an outdoor ice-skating rink (yes) all nestled around a cluster of hotels and hotel apartments.
A second retail precinct called The Catwalk will include fine dining restaurants and cafés, supermarkets, a pharmacy, laundry services and other conveniences.
In October 2019 a community centre with 'a wide varety of shops' opened.
There are 9 outlets currently open in Damac Hills including a ladies' salon, two supermarkets, a men's salon, a pharmacy, a butcher and two restaurants.

Damac Hills has many schools nearby including Jebel Ali School at 1.8 km and Ranches Primary School at 1.9 km.
In terms of performance there are five schools nearby that have achieved either of two highest government inspection rating of 'Very Good' or 'Outstanding' including Jumeirah English Speaking School Arabian Ranches which has a rating of 'Outstanding' and Jebel Ali School which has a rating of 'Very good'.

Villas on the Golf Course
These are promised to be "supremely-appointed villas overlooking the Trump International Golf Course. Tastefully designed spaces, wide open spaces, fascinating views and gratifying leisure escapes complement the spirit of golf to represent a living experience that's above par in every sense."
Villas in the Park
Luxury villas set among the trees, hedges, pathways and trails, brooks and streams of the 400,000 square metre Park.
Golf Residences
Both serviced and unserviced apartments overlooking the international golf course. They will include studios as well as one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments.
Park Residences
Condominiums located in the private park areas.
Masterpieces
The Masters are four clusters of large villas directly on the golf course.

The Trump Estates
The Trump Estates are a collection of around 100 luxurious mansions built within the Trump International Golf Club that promise to "raise the bar when it comes to elite living."

This will be a gated community of 160 serviced Hollywood-themed luxury villas inspired by cinema.
Fendi-styled villas
34 limited edition villas will be the first collection of its kind in the world, promising "Italian savoir faire meets Beverly Hills". Enough said.
Trump PRVT Mansions
Trump PRVT will be a small estate of villas within a private gated island community. All villas will come with a private pool and deck, balconies, gardens and floor to ceiling windows. The developer hopes that they will become "the most distinguished address in Dubai" with the utmost privacy and exclusivity.
Owners will even be offered a personalised golf cart and will be given a Trump PRVT lifestyle card which will give access to unique offers and privileges across the Trump Hotel Collection portfolio.
High Gardens
A number of penthouse apartments in twelve of the Golf Town buildings alongside the golf course in Damac Hills are being marketed as ‘High Gardens Terrace Apartments’. These one- to three-bedroom penthouses have what the developer calls ‘the garden space of a villa’.

The first residents moved into Damac Hills in 2015 and the full project was 95% complete by 2020.
By September 2016 over 16,000 villas had been built with a further 44,000 in planning or under construction.
