Creek Beach Overview
The Creek Beach district is a pedestrian-friendly neighbourhood being developed between Creek Island Dubai and the Dubai Creek Tower. It promises to blend the best waterfront experience with mainland convenience and connectivity.
With its own metro station, the Creek Beach, residents will be able to reach Downtown Dubai or Dubai International Airport within just a few minutes.
75 metres of sandy beaches will line the waterfront, complete with world-class swimming pools, sand bar mounds and a variety of dining choices, both on the beach and the boardwalk.
The development is said to be due for completion by the end of 2021.
- The estimated handover date was 2021.
- The project is being developed by Emaar Properties.
- From Creek Beach it takes roughly 15 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 26 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 24 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 29 minutes to The Walk JBR.
- Dubai International Airport (DXB) is roughly 18 minutes' drive and the new Al Maktoum International Airport is roughly 46 minutes' drive. All durations are calculated by Google Maps and assume the fastest route in typical traffic conditions.

Masterplan
The Creek Beach District Master Plan envisions an urban city that will provide a lifestyle experience unlike anywhere else in Dubai.
The vision is to create a modern interpretation of an old Middle Eastern city, based on a vibrant ground level with residents living above.
The buildings identified in the master plan are low- to mid-rise and set in a variety of clusters. The multilayered design intent creates a pedestrian-friendly zone at a human scale that encourages shopping, socialising and relaxing.
Creek Beach will be home to a variety of residential units set amongst a network of courtyards, walkways and a family-oriented waterfront area, all well equipped with lively community spaces with businesses, shops, cafés and restaurants.
The district will be interspersed with extensive public, communal and private amenities.
A hotel will also bring the benefits of a hospitality component to the development.
Flanked by the Ras Al Khor Wildlife sanctuary, this waterfront development with spectacular views towards the Dubai skyline, will act as an integral link between the Calatrava-designed Dubai Creek Tower & Plaza, and Creek Island Dubai developments within the Dubai Creek Harbour district.
The district will be built in two phases covering a total ground floor area of approximately 343,700 square metres.
