In December 2017 Arabtec Holding was awarded the Dh1.025 billion contract for the construction of the Amaranta and La Quinta phases of Villanova. The work is expected to take 28 months, with a delivery date of mid 2020.
Construction of the third phase of Amaranta, comprising 300 three- and four-bedroom townhouses, began in the fourth quarter 2018 and is due to be finished by the fourth quarter of 2020.
