Safe enviroment for our kids, rooms are bigger than in Springs villas
Can't walk to any shop or restaurant, community center is quite small, it cna take a while to get out of the Ranches in the morning

The neighbor
The traffic in the morning
Al Reem 3 is a very pleasant area. Lots of family leaving here. Very convenient as it is near the Academic city. Our villa is in good shape and of a good size.

Overrated
The swimming pool
The house
The ranches are overrated. Prices are too high for the quality of the houses. Windows are falling apart, aircos are old and unclean. And the rooms are too small. You can find better fails in other communities.

Arabian Ranches
The greenery, walking paths and parks
Nothing really.
Arabian Ranches is a well maintained community to live in, It is peaceful and safe. It also has great walking areas for residents and greenery that is well looked after. The park and swimming pools for children and families is also well maintained.One suggestion would be to build more… a mosque near Al Reem which is central for people living on the other side, as the mosque near the entrance gets full on Fridays. The community center is convenient and very friendly, however a few more options in restaurants would be nice. Overall it is peaceful to live at the Ranches. The Medi Center is nice with good doctors, however it would be good to have a medical facility 24/7.

Al Reem 3 community
Quiet and peaceful in the evenings
School area roads blocked with selfish parents stopping where ever they can during drop off and pick up times - c'mon people!!
Al Reem 3 residents are an international mix and we have been very happy living there for the past 8 years. While play time can get a little noisy; during the evening the community is lovely and quiet; it is well maintained and secure. Lots of pet owners; and most more… of us clean up after our pets! We enjoy our tennis courts; it would be a value add if we had a gym but there are many good options for fitness outdoors with walking paths, the pool, and tennis.

Greenery
No public transport
Overall positive atmosphere. Very family friendly.. key issue is distance from stores, gym etc and therefore also the lack of public transport!
