Al Kifaf is a small triangular shaped district in Bur Dubai, bounded by the E11 Sheikh Zayed Road, the D88 Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Street, and the D75 Sheikh Rashid Road. The Al Jafiliya Metro station sits alongside the area.
Besdes the Dubai Frame, Zabeel Park and Etisalat Tower Al Kifaf is also home to a large government services centre, Al Kifaf Center, and the new Wasl 1 complex. Wasl 1 was about 50% built by the middle of 2021, the first four towers of Park Gate Residences have opened, and when the remaining buildings and their central park are finished Al Kifaf will be complete.
From Al Kifaf it takes roughly 11 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 22 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 21 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 26 minutes to The Walk JBR.*
