Al Habtoor City
Al Habtoor City was the first major development on the Dubai Water Canal which connects the extended Creek from Business Bay to Jumeirah Beach, cutting through Sheikh Zayed Road near the second interchange.
Located on the newly developed Sheikh Zayed Road Waterfront, Al Habtoor City’s three five-star hotels are operated by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.
A purpose built 35-metre high theatre with 1,400 unique seats houses the resident Dragone show - the first permanent water-based Las Vegas-style production in the UAE and the region.
There is also a state of the art tennis academy with four courts, including the UAE’s first air-conditioned court.
Al Habtoor City Residential Towers
Al Habtoor City is home to three luxurious residential skyscrapers - Noura, Amna and Meera. Housed within two 74-storey towers and one 52-storey tower, the one-thousand-plus apartments include 12 penthouses, three of which are VIP penthouses.
Designed in striking art deco style, the towers symbolise heritage and refinement, yet each home features ultra-modern fittings and fixtures.

La Perle by Dragone is the UAE’s first resident live performance masterpiece. With a cast of 65 world-class artistes it combines epic theatre, heart-pounding aerial and aquatic thrills and technical wizardry.
