Al Habtoor City Overview
Al Habtoor City is the first major development on the Dubai Water Canal which connects the extended Creek from Business Bay to Jumeirah Beach, cutting through Sheikh Zayed Road near the second interchange.
Located on the newly developed Sheikh Zayed Road Waterfront, Al Habtoor City spans 10 million square feet and comprises three luxury residential towers and three five-star hotels operated by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.
A purpose built 35 metre high theatre with 1,400 unique seats houses the resident Dragone show - the first permanent water-based Las Vegas-style production in the UAE and the region.
There is also a state of the art tennis academy with four courts, including the UAE’s first air-conditioned court.
Al Habtoor City Residential Towers
Al Habtoor City is home to three luxurious residential skyscrapers - Noura, Amna and Meera. Housed within two 74-storey towers and one 52-storey tower, the one-thousand-plus apartments include 12 penthouses, three of which are VIP penthouses.
Designed in striking art deco style, the towers symbolise heritage and refinement, yet each home features ultra-modern fittings and fixtures.
A range of contemporary one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments have elegant interiors that are both generously proportioned and stylishly designed. Private balconies and huge floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the homes afford panoramic views providing plenty of natural light. Residents have access to amenities including lap pools, gyms, spas, a supermarket, a crèche and a clinic, all within the private confines of the development.
Luxury loft apartments have open kitchens and spacious living areas that are designed for entertaining, while multiple balconies with seating spaces offer great views of Dubai. The loft apartments feature same premium finishes as the penthouses.
The three simplex penthouses cover nearly 800sq m and offer stunning, uninterrupted city views from floor-to-ceiling windows. The open-plan living and dining rooms overlook a private pool and Jacuzzi within a landscaped decking area, while the generously-sized kitchen is equipped with premium designer furnishings. All five spacious bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
The towers have six duplex penthouses, each measuring 862sq m and featuring an L-shaped living and dining area overlooking the large private pool, Jacuzzi and landscaped garden. There are also separate quarters for housekeeping staff. On the second floor of every duplex are two spacious master suites, three other bedrooms and a state-of-the-art home theatre.
The three VIP penthouses are spread across four floors and offer the ultimate luxury experience, with seven spacious bedrooms including an opulent master bedroom with ‘his and hers’ bathrooms, as well as multiple garden terraces, a lap pool, an open-air Jacuzzi, a gym, a sauna and a steam room.
The top two floors feature a private entertainment area, a pre-function room and a 584sq m open-plan sky lounge offering a 360° view of Dubai’s skyline. Residents are ensured total exclusivity, with special access cards granting them priority use of the residents’ lift.
There are plenty of shops, restaurants and cafés within the development, but for those who want to venture out of Al Habtoor City, the Dubai Mall and Citywalk are close by. Al Habtoor City is also within easy reach of Dubai International Airport.
With several international schools and private hospitals in the vicinity, Al Habtoor City is ideally placed, making it a complete and dynamic neighbourhood representing exceptional living elevated to the highest level of luxury in an all-inclusive setting.
