Group Seven Properties LLC is one of the leading real estate management companies in the Dubai property market and was established since 2005. The Groups divisions span a complete and comprehensive range of services, from Property Consultancy, Residential Sales and Leases, Commercial Real Estate, Property Management of both restricted and non–restricted freehold properties, and Portfolio Management.
Group Seven Properties LLC is one of the few independent real estate companies bearing the real estate license, in line with the Dubai Municipality Economic Department requirements and registered by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) of the Dubai Land Department. Our corporate philosophy has always been to work towards long–term relationships with our clients through our expertise and local market knowledge based on over 30 years of international experience in mature as well as emerging markets in North America and the Middle East. Believing in people more than in checklists, we put a great deal of attention to continuous training and our hand–picked, experienced international staff will be able to consult our clients and assist with all their requirements in 12 languages.

Today, Dubai has a set of laws and regulations that regulate the property market: starting with Law No. 7 concerning land registration in Dubai, Law No. 3 concerning areas of properties that can be owned by non-UAE nationals in Dubai, Law No. 8 concerning property trust account in Dubai, Law No. 85 concerning real estate agent regulation and the upcoming strata law. Anticipating these developments in the Dubai property market, Group Seven Properties LLC is maintaining its controlled growth and invests in the education and training of its staff and each leasing, commercial or sales consultant has undergone continuous training and is licensed by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority of Dubai. On each of our listed properties, we conduct a proper “due diligence” to guarantee to our clients that properties are “real”. Recently, employees of the company joined Dubai Cares’ “water bucket walk” to provide clean drinking water to children in the developing world. Buying & Selling
We deal in all property types in the Dubai market. This includes off plan, resales, freehold – both restricted and non–restricted, leasehold and granted property.

The Group Seven Property Management division’s goal is to manage our clients’ properties regardless of them being commercial or residential buildings or even single units and villas with a view to providing landlords and owners with the professional management of their property portfolio. Zero vacancy is our prime objective. Our property managers handle tenant concerns, provide customer service and help create positive and long–lasting tenant–landlord relationships. We also manage the payment of bills and provide quarterly income statements detailing property performance.
